She held various positions such as Head of Skills Development, Transformation & Development Lead and Learning and Development Specialist. She is a passionate Entrepreneur, and Founder and Managing Director of Sange SA - an Accredited Skills Development Provider and an Inspired Leadership certified Channel Partner.
Nobandla Gobodo
Tanya is a professional skills development consultant with over twelve years’ training management experience gained within the Private Education, FMCG, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Contact Centre Industries.

Her special skill is being able to leverage SETA grant funding and unlock skills development and BBBEE scorecard benefits through learning programmes that drive social economic impact.
